Pale, slight haze. Slightly appley, mild pale malt, a bit thick, some more continental hops, but only moderate bitterness.

Totally oxidised RIP. Saw this on the fridge shelf and was super excited. Josh is now brewing at Threes, so was expecting this to be the best of the collab Timbo.

Can from my wife: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is clean graininess, lemon, little other citrus, hints of sweet cracker. Taste is dry, lightly bitter. Malts are showcases. Hops are not overbearing, but provide a nice flavor overtop.

Keg at Honeycomb in Brooklyn. Good stuff albeit pretty basic. Light hoppy bite, mostly pale bread, moderate sweetness, some biscuit.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, cap of white foam eventually recedes to thin film. Fruity aroma, ripe melon, stone fruit and a touch of citrus. ABV comes in right away, warm, thick, pears, peach, guava, grapefruit and pineapple. Finishes quick but the heat lingers.

Can from my wife: pours clear yellow with white head. Nice pale maltiness, grassiness, herbs. Taste is light to moderate bitterness. Nice body for the low abv. Crisp and clean. Quite good.

Maybe a bit too hoppy up front. Pine, lemony, bitter. Could use a touch more malt to balance
