From tap @ La Vache Folle, batch made for meet the brewer ceremony. Described as a Belgian IPA. Murky light brown coloured with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, Belgian yeast, bit of citrus. Flavour is caramel malts, candied sugar, grainy. A bith harsh and homebrew-ish.

Ambar algo anaranjada y rojiza. Nebulosa y fina burbuja. Buena espuma. Aroma ligeramente acido y achampanado. En boca gas notable que realza su tono frutal ácido. Mas seca que dulce, lo que es una virtud. Buena. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at La Vache Folle. Murky orange with pinkish hue, and offwhite head. Nose is sweet fruity, bubble gum, massive raspberry. Flavour is sweet fruity, raspberries, redberries. High carbonation, a bit harsh, light bodied. Would be easier drinkable if it had lower carbonation.

From bottle @ La Vache Folle, courtesy of the owner. Best before end of 2014. Brown reddish colour, beige head. Nose is grainy, caramel, slight sherry dessert wine notes. Pretty good. Flavour is sweet caramel, grainy, dried fruits, sherry. Fairly sweet, low carbonation. Nice.

Tap @ La Vache Folle. Experimental batch, based on La Maricantana, with added Columbus and Cascade hops. Brownish, cola-like coloured, beige head. Nose is caramel, light toastiness, pine, citrus, dark fruits, oranges. Flavour is caramel malts, syrupy, very sweet, pine hops, oranges, fairly bitter. Finish is fairly sweet. Ok beer.

Color miel salplicado por migas de sedimento. Dos dedos de espuma. Aroma algo asidrado. Ahi acaba lo malo. En boca, entra fenomenal, pese a la graduación, y es muy afrutada y floral, acabando con un amargor contenido. Notable.

Color coca-cola, dos dedos de espuma. Aroma tirando a fermento, algo agrio. Lo mantiene al principio en boca aunque pronto evoluciona hacia un tono claro de uva bastante agradable. Algo aguada. Inferior a la rubia, aunque no está mal.

Color coca-cola. Clara, aunque con sediementos. Apenas espuma. Aroma a café, cacao. Algo de tabaco. Cuerpo moderado, baja carbonatación. Sabor dulce, caramelo, bizcocho. Le falta fuerza y complejidad, aunque esconde muy bien los 8 grados.
