Appearance: Cloudy chestnut brown with a one finger tall ivory-coloured frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Smoke, wood, bacon, cheese, caramel & toast, hop, distant insulating tape, Taste: A lot of. Light sweet and bitter. Pretty smoked. Pedigree wood, bacon, cheese, caramel & toast, floral hop, dried fruits. Distant esters. Mouth feel: Medium body, fine carbonation. Summary: Cool stuff.

Tap filled to bottle. Smell-weak, caramel, malt, yeast, faint Belgian tones, pleasant. Foam- thin to medium caramel, sweetness, malt, some yeast, Belgian tones and wheat. Head is medium-sized, white-brown color. Appearance- hazy brown-ish color, no carbonation. From - pint Taste- malty, caramel, sweetness, yeast, wheat, faint banana. Some hints of alcohol. Generally, the tasty beast might even feel stronger than advertised without feeling boozy. Good stuff.Rounded the score up a bit.
