The Aromas are bread dough & Mild cherry. Flavors are fairly dry yeasty with mild sour cherry. I don't know if I'm imagining the salt or not . Slightly watery body mildly tart finish, boring beer. One and done.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/1/2019. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is a delicious brut IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink, with the modestly bitter/drying finish; not aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin. Very vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great clean pils malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made style example; but not as dry as others.

Optisch wunderbar, leichte Perlung, deutlich Melone in Nase und Trunk, schön sauer, spritzig, fruchtig, süß, süffig.

Can, the last from my Total Wine Gainesville haul. Pours clear yellow-pink with a pinkish white head. Aroma is light cherry, salt water. Flavor is green leaf, tart cherry, lemon juice. Nothing special.

Dark yellow with acid smell. Thin foam. Taste is nice sour acid and tart citrus. Slight orange peel taste at the finish.

Can pour into pub glass from Total Wine & More, Danvers. Appearance is mildly hazy pale yellow with fair sparkle overall (effervescent sparkle at one edge of the glass, zero in most places), fizzy, three-finger width off-white crackling head (couldn't pour full beer into glass), with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is mild both sweet and tart fruit (like a sweet tart candy). Taste is more tart than sweet fruit (sort of like a Granny Smith or McIntosh apple or a tart Chardonnay), mild citrus. Palate is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste with aftertaste reminiscent of what I remember St. Joseph baby aspirin to have tasted like. Not into the style but it's pretty palatable to me, which is saying something.

Very good, tasty and much better than expected. Has a good balance of fruit and rose, can barely taste each. Got this can for $1.50 at vintage. Yes, I was impressed with this. I did have a big write-up for this but the RB rating thing wasn't working and it erased it, oh well.

A pale blonde Gose with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and refreshing. Can at Dickens Street, Georgetown, Penang.
