Roast and light caramel. A hint of coffee and some smoke, musk. Murky dark brown pour with good head and decent lacing. Light bitter finish. Pleasant stuff, and easy drinking. Tap at brewery.

Wow, lots of smoke, and lots of pineapple. Golden pour with fizzy head. Some lime, bread yeast. Never quite had anything like this before. Fruit bomb weisse it is not. Light tangy finish with a hint of smoke. Worth trying just for the experience. Can from Paracaidista.

Bottled, from Principia Tasting Room, Mexico City. Hazy golden, rich head. Intense floral hoppy nose with some elderflowers, Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lots of floral hops, some marzipan and husky bread. Long bitter finish. De Ranke XX style - certainly a good choice of role model, and a really good execution too.

Tasting Room, CDMX tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is flowery and yeasty. Taste is a sort of thin flowery taste with a dry bitterness. Not the best.

Beer Bros, CDMX tap: pours clear gold with white head. Corny macrolager smell. Taste is sweet and corny. Simple but very mediocre.
