Had this on draft at the brewery, and in the bottle elsewhere. Big sweet fruity hop nose. Decent malt base. A high quality old school IPA. It's a little biscuity, fairly light body for the style, so easy to drink. A bit sweet, but quite good. It would be a staple if I lived in Guadalajara.

Dark brown colour, near black. Smooth, bready, with a touch of roast and chocolate, hint of fruity esters.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out some green pepper, light coffee beans, and gentle toasted malt. Flavour is fairly watery, with toasted malt, dry earthy coffee beans, and a little green pepper. Not much body, but it's clean and balanced. Decent.

Keg at Hop The Beer Experience 2, Mexico City. Lightly hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma of tangerine and pine. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready with grapefruit peels and pine. Quite bitter finish.
