Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with fruity ester and some tart notes. Taste is a mix of fruity notes with some Brett and some tart notes with a watery finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no perceptible alcohol. Enjoyable funky tripel but too many watery notes.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light coffee, light roasted character, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Keg at Tasting Room, Mexico City. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Mild charcuterie smoky nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Light caramel and mild sausage smoke. Low bitterness. Good, but compared to its Franconian relatives it pales.
