Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with fruity ester and some tart notes. Taste is a mix of fruity notes with some Brett and some tart notes with a watery finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no perceptible alcohol. Enjoyable funky tripel but too many watery notes.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt, resinous hops, tropical fruit, mango, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus, light mango, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A golden amber DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light treacle, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, treacle, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Metapatio.

Keg at Tasting Room, Mexico City. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Mild charcuterie smoky nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Light caramel and mild sausage smoke. Low bitterness. Good, but compared to its Franconian relatives it pales.
