[ As Hopkins Transfuzja ].Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet roasted, light molasses. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark roasted, sweet roasted, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160819]

Tap (Kontynuacja, Wroclaw). Barwa ciemno brazowa. Piana jasno bezowa, niezbyt obfita ale cienki kozuszek utrzymuje sie dosc dlugo a opadajac zostawia delikatny slad na szkle. W aromacie nuty torfowe, czyli asfalt, bandaze itd. i choc nie jest jakos super intensywny to jest wyrazny i agresywnie atakuje nutami slodu whiskey. Podobnie torf rzadzi w smaku nadajac piwu wytrawnego charakteru ze slodkawym posmakiem na finiszu. Pije sie powoli ale z przyjemnoscia.

Bottle, 7.2%. Very dark brown with big beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, dusty , hop and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, sweet, hop, little liquorice and medium bitter.

Stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Im Mund moussierend, süßliche Röstnoten, stark erdig. Trockener Hintergrund, die Röstigkeit bleibt aber insgesamt süßlich, steigend bitter. Harmonisch. 11/8/10/9/8/10

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Near black, rich beige head. Tarry licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Burnt toast. Resiny tarry finish. Bit edgy.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black with a lasting brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. Oily. 190816

500ml bottle. Clear, dark brown colour with ruby glimmer and average to huge, foamy, fairly lasting, well lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, nuttily and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of rum, molasses, rock sugar. Taste is dry, roasty dark malty, slightly chocolately, dusty, hints of cocoa; fizzy carbonation.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 30.09.2016 temperatura degustacji 12-14 stopni +, szkło teku. Aromat: główną rolę gra czekolada, odrobina kawy, ciemne pieczywo i charakterystyczna nuta prażonego słonecznika, delikatnie przebijają się owoce tropikalne, niestety charakterystycznych nut ani mosaic ani sorachi nie wyczuwam. Barwa ciemno brunatne, prawie czarne, nie przejrzyste. Piana: obfita, beżowa, drobno pęcherzykowa z kremową czapą, trwała, delikatnie zdobi szkło. Smak: kawa, paloność, i przyjemna goryczka z popiołowym finiszem. Niezwykle pijalne, gładkie, wysycenie średnie do niskiego. Trochę za mało jest tropików ale w dalszym ciągu to dobre, pijalne piwo bez wad sensorycznych i ładnie się prezentuje w szkle.
