Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 15.09.2016 temperatura degustacji 12-14 stopni +, szkło teku. Aromat: delikatny, główną rolę gra czekolada, trochę ciemnego pieczywa, w zasadzie efektu jaki dają belgijskie drożdże brak (ani estrów ani fenoli), aromat bardziej przypomina jak w Schwarzbier. Barwa: ciemno brunatna, klarowne. Piana: beżowa, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, szybko się dziurawi opadając do cienkiego krążka. Smak: wytrawne, czekolada, ciemne przypalone pieczywo, delikatnie korzenny finisz z pieprznym posmakiem. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, śliskie, pijalne. Jak na 12,5 plato jest sporo ciała. Pierwsze piwo które piję z browaru hop kins trochę rozczarowało w stylu (bo samo piwo w sobie całkiem dobre) ale nie tego oczekiwałem, może dlatego że się za bardzo najarałem czytając skład i opis na kontrze, sama szata graficzna i opis na 5, brakuje tylko firmowego kapsla.

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry. Good fine minerally carbonation. Sweetish malts, light touches of malt cream and caramel. Hops bring a tangy citric orange - lemon, mildly bitter. Slight aniseed bitterness. Mild grapefruit. Smooth finish. So what to make of Eureka? Tastes a little like Azacca to me but I really want to try some more single hop IPAs with this one.

Taka nisko wysycona, mocno przyprawowa ipa, z niecalkiem sympatyczna goryczka. Sporo pieprzu. Nie powala ni huhu, ale jakos zle tez nie jest

Nice light brown appearance - east coast like. Some flowerry and ground notes in aroma, pleasant bitterness and wuiet drinkable. The proble is that the taste is not in any way of an AIPA, actually it taste like a good english IPA, and in that style I would rate it higher. If the etiquette indicated that its an east coast IPA it would also be better, its definietely a EIPA instead of AIPA.

Galaxy, Equinox and Citra hops. Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is dry and crisp. Dry floralness. Banana esters. Touch of citrus. Mildly sweet malts underneath. Dry finish. Average.

Czekolada, palonosc, orzechy, kawa, przyprawy, ciut ciemnych owocow... Slodkie. Taki stout z belgijskimi konotacjami, calkiem dobry.

Brown beer with medium beige head. Smells and tastes like coffee. Occasional hint of grass in aroma. Medium bitterness, Medium to high sweetness. Oily texture, medium body. Medium carbonated.

Sticklebract and Pacifica hops. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and fairly dry. Decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, thin malt cream, modest sweetness. Floral mid with a touch of soap that fades away as the beer warms up. Candy fruits underneath. A dry and medium bitter finish shows a trace of blackcurrant. Bitter linger. Not bad, just wish the hops were a little more front and centre.
