Clear pale gold with a one finger tall white head. Fermented apples, vinous notes, distant funk. Dry. Moderately sour. Low catbonation. Drinkable.

1.5L bottle from local shop. Sparkling pale gold colour, short-lived fizzy white bubbly head and aroma of pear, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, pear, tangy, sugar, with alittle citric tartness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, high carbonation, medium sweet & drying peary finish. Actually OK, and very cheap for 1.5L!

Very light straw, with a foam that falls quickly. The aroma is poor, with some sweet, slightly fruity notes. No distinct taste, slightly sweet, some tart notes at the end, apples are hard to detect. Alcohol dangerously well hidden.
