473ml aluminium bottle from B&M store Basingstoke. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and syrupy apple aroma. Taste is sweet apple with honeyish notes and some straw. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, watery finish. OK.

500ml can, 89p from a corner shop. Watery pale yellow colour, fine white foam head and aroma of faint artificial apple, cardboard, sulphur. Taste is very sweet, with a light apple-like flavour and cardboardy notes. Spritzy mouthfeel, thin bodied, high carbonation, dry chalky sweet & warming finish. Overly sweet, bland.

660ml bottle from local shop. Clear pale yellow colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of tart fruits. Sweetish pear flavour with some tartness. Light bodied, high carbonation, drying finish with some residual sweetness. OK.

660ml bottle from local shop. Golden colour, foamy white head that retains as a thin layer and aroma of pulpy apple, straw. Spritzy apple flavour, alittle sweetness, some straw & biscuity notes and a watery texture. Well carbonated, dry slightly tart finish. Quite OK cider.

Can 500ml.Clear light to medium green yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin - peel, artificial, rubbery notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, green apple skin, quit artificial apples and sugary. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130104]
