Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, sulphur, citric. Taste is sweetish, apple, some core, skin, slightly tart with citric acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite OK

28/7/2023. From BIAB at the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, sugary, caramel, touch funky. Fairly sweet with light tartness. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Quite okay.

28/7/2023. From BIAB at the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival. As Aston Manor Malvern Gold. Pours clear bright pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is medium sweet apple, citrus, very fruity. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, low carbonation. Drying finish. Quite drinkable. (NB - flagged to admin).

Lifeless clear golden coloured body. Sweet apple aroma. Medium bodied, still, dry & cloying. Apple, chemical, cream soda & sharp tangy tastes. You'd need to be desperate to drink that on a regular basis.
