Okay gold body and mediocre foam, very dank vegetal hops on the nose with slight sweetness. Flavour is more dankness, candied cabbage, chewy hops wrapped in burlap. Great oily finish, perfect for the dank hop afficionados.

Okay clear gold body and okay foam, very dank oily hops on the nose but somehow they're characterless. Flavour is mellow grain character, plenty of chewy hops, vague lemon hints. Nothing is a 'wow' signal here but it's all edible, as Rocky would say.

Deep pink body and little foam, good sweet raspberry on the nose. Nice sweet tart fruit flavour, raspberry maybe, but that would be up for debate. Which brings us to the problem: this beer being memorable is highly debatable.

Murky brown body and little foam, good biscuit on the nose but no whiskey to speak of. Flavour is nice hazelnut biscuit, soft brown sugar, dry but again no whiskey. I wanted whiskey. Where is my whiskey?

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is revolting, full of butter, earthy hops, and bready malt. Flavour is harsh as hell, with earthy hops, perfume, butter, and alcohol. This is terrible — butter, fusel alcohol, and perfume on the finish. Chaotic and offensive. Awful stuff.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Biscuit malt with some light caramel notes, fairly fruity hops with low underlying bitterness.

Semi murky dark brown body and bad foam, nice sweet chocolate and barley on the nose but rather simplistic. Flavour is full chunky cocoa, bitter barley notes, heavy coffee. Slightly thin for what it is, but still a nice mix here.

Deep clear gold body and little foam, sweet lager hops on the nose and some mellow grain. Flavour is all sweet grain, gold and lager hops, full enough. Pretty boring but won't disappoint those with low expectations.

Cloudy yellow body and okay foam, sharp hops on the nose with plenty of sweetness and huge chalk. Flavour is more hoppy chalk, citrusy, watery finish. Layering is wrong, everything else works.
