Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 5/6/07. This was a very pleasant session bitter. Golden coloured with a lacy white head. Plenty of grassy hops in the aroma with grainy flavours and a long bitter finish.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear. Deep brown colour with lasting beige head. Oh yes, fig’s on aroma. Fullish in mouth. Some toffee, some fig fruit. At least it does smell and taste of figs.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma contains strong notes of caramel and lots of hops, as well as hints of cinnamon. The flavor is sweet flowery with notes of honey and caramel, leading to a dry bitter and bisquetty end.
