Almost black with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have some dark roasted malts and bitter chocolate.

330ml bottle at 4%. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is wheaty lemon and coriander. Taste is wheaty throughout. Stony lemon finish. A bit gassy.

29/11/2019. Straight from cask at the Royal William, Stowmarket. Pours very dark brown with a small short lasting beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, texture and berries. Moderate sweetness and light roasted bitterness, touch of tartness. Slight ashy finish. Possibly past it’s prime.

From cask. Amber colour with thin white head. Aroma is stinky, lots of socks, lots of malt, not really very nice though. Bit of hops but not much. Taste is very malty and grainy. Quite dry. Bit chewy. Not really that nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tunnel Vision on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:06 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5. Cask @ The Abbey, Shrewsbury. Pours a golden amber, with well apportioned off-white head. Aroma is fruity citrus. Taste is surprisingly sweet, fruity, juicy even.. not the flavour profile I've previously associated with Galaxy, but it works very well. Fresh and moreish.

Bottle from B&M, Rochdale. Golden with a carbonation and a thin head. Has apricot in both aroma and taste, with the latter coming across somewhat floral, but always sweet. The 'steaming' is apparent in its texture.

Clear copper colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of fruity hop notes. Floral and dry. Easy to drink.
