Proto ve Vlachově Březí vracíme život pivovaru, který tam byl po staletí, proto pivo vaříme z vody, sladu a chmele, proto jej kvasíme v otevřených kádích a necháváme dlouho zrát.

* Good, sweet, old-school-yeasty czech lager. Although later, the yeastyness is a bit annoying. *
Hazy golden. Huge white head. Sweet, malt, yeasts, light bitter, light herbal hops. Medium body. Bitter finish.

Tap at Šťáhlavická pivoluce with Fil. Mildly hazy coppery-amber body, lasting off-white head. Perfumey, honeyish malty aroma, low green apple. Soft, smooth honeyish and lightly caramelly malty taste, low bitterness. Quite nice!

Med body, med-high carbo. Creamy mouthfeel, med-light diacetyl present. Med-high bitterness, a bit rough grassy earthy hops character. Medium esters too, generally fruity. Definitely not clean. Neither tasty. Neither very drinkable. Overall meh.
Barva zlatava. Pena husta, hezky drzi, krouzkuje. Vune slad, citrusy, nejaky sladkosti ci co. Chut sladova, telo nizsi stredni plnost. Horkost vyssi stredni. Konec suchy peprny, citrusovy, trochu sviravy. Fajn lehci lezak, tipoval bych na 11.

Draught (Beertime, Prague) - Hazy golden with a foamy head. Bread, yeast and some grassy and slightly fruity notes in the aroma. Earthy, herbal and slightly fruity taste with notes of rye bread, pear and sultanas. Interesting and it certainly has plenty of character.

On tap at Bistro 53 Pours gold with white head. Kinda malty, not overwhelming Czech pils. Hard to say even average

Tap at Beertime. Hazy golden body, white head, pretty big. Dry, malty aroma, light herbal hop, somewhat yeasty. Lean taste, herbal hoppy notes, lightly minerally, some soft maltiness, but also vague green apple. A bit uneven, especially in the aroma, but tasty as a whole, had a Zwickel thing going on a little bit. It promises more hoppiness than it delivers, not that big of a bitterness, but it's a good beer really.

Tap at Žízniva Gumovka with Fil & Ryan. Murky golden body, lasting white head. Buttery-grainy aroma... Sweetish, lean, grainy taste, light herbal and buttery touches, medium body. A very classic Czech diacetyl lager that some might love, but for me... it's just okay.

# 1800; 1/2020. Malty, slightly sour and cesspity. Gold body. Malty, sweeter, souer, strange. Poor bohemian lager. 0,5 l draught, beerbar, Prague.
