(Keg at Põhja Konn, 20260217) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee, dark chocolate and lightly vinous notes. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, sweetness, chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had coffees, sweetness and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew hiding its ABV with extra sugar.

Tap at Pastryccioni Festival, in Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, partially black, with very fine brown foam. Aroma is a weird mix of intense berries, a little artificial, and malty/nutty. Body is rather thick, sticky, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with the berries flavour dominating. Only some roastiness behind. Final is still fairly dominated by berries.

Svart med brunt skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, lakris, svisker og havre. Maltig. Smaker mørk sjokolade, salt lakris, svarte kirsebær, havre og noe tobakk. Middels så lang.

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, mild citrusy hops, yeast. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, peach, some vanilla, yeast.

On tap at Yeccan, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of brandy barrels, booze, dark sugars, and dark dried fruits. Flavour is extremely complex, with dark dried fruits, brandy barrels galore, booze, and some toasted malt. Assertive barrels, great malt base, blended beautifully. Excellent.

On tap at Yeccan. Pours an opaque very dark brown with a beige head. Dark sugars, molasses, and apricot brandy on the nose. Flavour is rich with loads of dark sugars, molasses, tart dried fruit, and an excellent brandy character. This is excellent, great integration of the base with the barrels.
