Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm and pleasant carbonation. Strawy pale malty taste with mildly fruity notes; almost dry bitter-sweet and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Typical Festbier with traces of character. 17.XI.10
