Bottle 0.75l, many thanks to Zahír. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- fermented, sharp, a bit funky, aged, apple, spicy. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly sour, a bit sharp again, nice aged and slightly funky character, apple, spicy. Medium bodied. Very nice cider.

Shared bottle 0.75l, many thanks Zahír Rim Sajíd Al-Barsú and his wifes :) Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- apple, fermented, just touch of pear, wooden barrel, slightly funky. FLAVOR- dry, slightly sour, apple, no pear, very nice aged character. Medium bodied. Noble cider.

Bottle, huge thanks Fil for sharing this! Hazy yellow body. Banana peel and apples in the aroma. Hops? No? Smooth, sweetish, but more than all watery taste, light apple, light chewed up bubblegum, vague herbal touches. The hops either died some time ago, or the Citra used wasn't in best shape. Very watery too for the ABV but eh, drinkable.

Bottle at a tasting. Quite good equal balance of sweetness-sourness, overall feeling is rather dry, but very characterful considerig it's sibgle variety. Very easy drinking, refreshing, very good.

Bottle at Cider Show. Quite thin, dried out. There is a hint of leftover sweetness poking around, but otherwise rather sour, slightly tart. Med-light robustness of apple character, seems rather straightforward, but good. Easy drinking.

Bottle at Cider Show. The lavender in moderate intensity manages to overpower most of the subtle #5 character, feeling rather singledimensionally flavoured. Rather thin. Okay.
