Аромат кофейный, очень четко ощущаются зерна, совсем немного шоколада, черного, дрожжи, легкая ваниль, какао. Цвет стаута, одна из самых стойких и пышных пен, что я видел, пришлось использовать ложку, так как надоело ждать. Вкус на удивление средний, даже водянистый в послевкусие. По началу кофе, много какао зерен. При глотке начинается четкая горькая составляющая из темного шоколада. Далее следуют сладкие нотки какао и легкая терпкость на языке, жженый солод но в меру. В целом неплохой стаут, но пил и лучше.

Аромат весьма солодовый и дрожжевой, как будто много диких дрожжей, особенно в начале. Есть намеки на сухофрукты а также цитрусы от апельсина, а точнее цедра, немного персиков. Цвет темно красный наверно, полу мутный, пенка неплохая и стойкая, пышная и белая. Вкус тоже на уровне. Уже бочка, стойкие и сильные нотки от белого вина и бочки от нее. Винограда очень много, немного на глотке от цедры, сухость, снова общие ноты цитрусов. Травянистость небольшая общая. Намеки на сухофрукты. В целом хороший и очень необычный эль с винными нотами.

Аромат весьма умеренный, много пшеницы прежде всего, есть намеки на цветочность, но не сильная, также на отдаление немного меда и сухофрукты. Цвет золотой, пенка белая, пышная весьма. Вкус весьма стандартный, но на уровне. Во вкусе много пшеницы, немного цветов, есть намеки на мед. Конечно хмель ощущается при глотке, как и сильную карбонизацию с намеками на алкоголь. В целом хорошо как и всегда от моей любимой Бельгийской пивоварни.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is yeasty and a bit floral with fruity notes, some citrus and apricot, pale malt, fruit peel, hop. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter with a hint of tartness. Medium body. Fruity and yeasty, a floral meadow, hops. There's a lot of what I love about Belgian brewing in this bottle.

330ml bottle, 9.0%, from Cotteridge Wines, pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of lemon, peach, orange peel, apple, honey, spice, bread & yeast. Medium body. Smooth light bitter finish. Excellent.

Short-lived white head over hazy orange-ochre beer. Sourish nose, not without some acetic acid, but also white wine, even as a pourriture noble Sauternes. Lactic acid, sultanas; alcohol & fusels. Nice mix of flavours; white sweet Bordeaux wine, nutmeg, herbs, lactic acid, lemon, sultanas, concentrated white grapes. Very complex. Sticky, oily, dense. Medium carbonation. Long-lasting flavours. Impressive beer; superb integration of different surprising flavours, not clashing but blending.
