Xmas bottleshare @ Gijs. Pours a deep golden body and a white-ish head. Aroma's: sourish, woody. Retronasal: sour and wood. Flavour is sour with just a hint of sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes woody and sour.

Gyllengul klar vätska med rejält skumtäcke. Brödig och lite citrusig i aromen. Markerad maltighet och framträdande syra i smaken. Lång och utdragen eldighet med aromatisk eftersmak.

33cl Bottle @ Belgium. Pours cloudy Dark amber with a White head. Vinous. Dark fruit and esters. Wood and red Wine twang. Tasty - though seems a little Young. Next year it Will be amazing.

2024 draught at Novare Res, 12/12/24. Hint of haze, deep copper brass. Large, creamy, white head, good retention. Rich white bread/baguette with excellent black pepper phenol. Plaster/mineral with fruity yeast, mild spice and moderate mellowness. No booze. Intense white bread and honey maltiness. Thick and rich, sweet. Some spice with lingering heavy malt. This doesn't seem to be the best expression of this beer, or maybe this beer is so big and brutish, it just has to be laid down.

33cl Bottle @ Belgium. Pours cloudy deep red amber with a small White head. Deep and vinous nose of Amarone red Wine, Dark cherries, balsamic vibes and Chewy caramel. Very tasty, easy drinking and Well rounded although Young. Tough!

Bottle. Pours a straw pale hue, a large white head. Funky brett nose. Rich, not as aggressive in terms of funky sourness, big sweet Belgium yeast. Flavorful. Great.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden hue, some haziness, a large white eggshell head. A big nose, massive brett. The flavor is aggressive, sour funky notes, brett, earthy. Great beer.
