The cider is fruity and sourish. Nice black currant aroma on top of sourish-fresh (but not too deep) apples. The aftertaste i fresh and sourish, very fruity with a nice dry black currant aroma on top of nice apples. Great mix.

Fresh and dry beginning. Hints of sulfur, a bit watery. Fresh and easy to drink. Sourish-fresh, very sour. Appley, not too deep, fresh and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with no head at all. Clear aroma of fermented apples, with some farty touches. Rather vinous flavour of apples with notes of fermentation and some dusty touches, especially in the aftertaste. No carbonation. Not that bad but not quite exciting, either.

Bottle, 5.5%. Good citric apple aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. The flavour is citric, but not dry. Has a tannic apple core note. Low carbonation. Dry finish. Refreshing.

1L bottle from Beers of Europe. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, rubber. Taste is juicy apple, sweetish & tart with rubber, leather and white wine notes. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied, medium carbonation, fairly clean finish. Quite OK.

Bottle, 5.5%. Clear golden colour. Citric apple aroma. The flavour is nicely sour with a touch of vinegar. Also has a good apple flavour. Not sweet, and quite nice.

Bottle. Pours clear straw with very small and short-lived white head. Clear aroma of apples, with some hints of fermentation. Dry and sourish flavour of apples, albeit a weak one, with notes of metal and hints of spices. Low carbonation. Mild,mslightly vinous aftertaste. Refreshing but nothing special.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample. Golden in the glass with a slightly stinky nose. The cider starts fresh and sourish. Nice balanced with moderate fruity sourness. Very dry with no tannins there. Fresh, smooth, easy to drink with still a rest of sweetness to remain highly drinkable. Nice typical Frankfurt-cider.

1 litre thick glass bottle, many thanks to McTapps! Pours clear pale yellow, very light apple juice aroma. Taste is light with subtle sour notes and mild apple flesh. A touch watery but a perfect sunny afternoon quaffer.
