Trocken hefiger Beginn, schnell verschwindet die Hefe fast gänzlich. Es bleibt ein trocken-herbes Gemisch, weich und langweilig. Eine Erfrischung, wenn auch eine monotone. 10/6/8/6/8/7

bottle from the brewery via Heini - thanks! Clear copper-golden colour, small white head. Slightly fruity aroma. Full-bodied, intensively malty with shy hints of caramel and apple. Shy hoppy finish. Smooth palate.

bottle from the brewery via Heini from BTO. Clear deep golden colour, mid-sized white head, quickly collapsing. Shy malty aroma. Full-bodied, intensively malty, quite chewy, hints of honey and shy hints of fruit. Hoppy in the finish. Smooth palate. A well crafted and matured lager.

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter, straw, and a bit of caramel, leading to a dry buttery finish. Not good.

Bottle, 5.4%. Buttery aroma. Almost clear dark amber colour. Very small frothy white head. The flavour has some butter. I thought this was a Dunkelweizen, but it turned out to be a Dunkel. Anyway, it is far too buttery.
