Pours a unclear golden color. Sweet wheat and yeast aroma. Prominent banana-and-clove note. Taste on the sweeter side, yeast present.

*Old rating. Best before 02.13. Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Neutral yeasty brew. Fresh and mild. Watery, round but no depth or many fruity hints.

Trocken hefiger Beginn, schnell verschwindet die Hefe fast gänzlich. Es bleibt ein trocken-herbes Gemisch, weich und langweilig. Eine Erfrischung, wenn auch eine monotone. 10/6/8/6/8/7

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and persistent foamy white head. Slightly yeasty, sourish citrus-fruity and wheaty aroma with a shy grainy touch and light clovy notes, accompanied by traces of horse blanket. Mildly acidic flavour, light body impression with a soft carbonation. Wheaty and citrus-fruity taste with minimal grainy spots; quite dry and sourish fruity wheaty finish. Aromatic, also a bit demanding but most of all very refreshing Hefeweizen (07.VIII.09).
