Bottle. It's a clear one, pale golden in color and with a minimal sized white head. Rather fruity aroma with grass, grapes, fermented yellow apples and a touch of white sugar. Some sulphur. It's medium bodied, sweet and with a good carbonation. Yellow apples, grapes and a generic fruityness. Sweetness and some apple cores. Lasting sweet, sugary finish with apples. Well... too sweet this one. 171111

75cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours a clear pale yellow, aroma is a honey-like apple sweetness. Taste is oily, lightly sparkling with a pleasant clean apple sweetness, bolstered by it’s 8% strength. Lightly tart medium-sweet apple fruit. Some fruity gooseberry-like white wine notes drift into view with a defined acidity on the finish. Enjoyable applewine-style cider.
