Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, clear light orangy golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple cores, black currant winegum, fresh apples, hops, sour raspberries, flowers, hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, raspberry winegum, apple peel, alcohol, minerals, black currant winegum, grass, yeast, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Rosé, clear, no head. Aroma of apple an fermentation. Tastes a bit artificial, not too fruity, short aftertaste.

350 ml clear slimline bottle, as Hardanger Issider, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.9%. Clear and deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider. Very sweet flavour of concentrated juice of dessert apples, a hint of sulphites. Delicious.

Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, apple peel, hay, minerals, sorrel, flowers, alcohol, leafs, bark, grass, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

0,75 litre Bottle, from a Vinmonopolet , somewhere On a trip West. ( As 2020 Vintage, abv 7,5) Light Golden pinkish with little head. Apples, strawberries, sweetness, sour.
