Bottle, 75cl. It pours a clear, very lightly sparkling pale golden colored body. Headless. The aroma is quite weak and neutral, with ripe apple, hints of apple cores and apple jam, some grassy hints and orchard. A whiff of yeast too. It's quite dry on the palate, gently carbonated and full-bodied, with a light warmth. There's a sort of harsh bitterness too, tannin-ish. The flavor is a as the aroma a bit gentle, but quite nice except for the aforementioned harsh thing. Ripe apple, some apple cores, a very light lemon hint and some yeasty notes. Medium length dry finish. Starts off quite nice this one, although too gentle, so I'm more fond of smelling than tasting. Still, sure drinkable. 221102

Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, dusty raspberries, sour apples, grass, apple peel, soda powder, hay, minerals, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
