Bottle, 75cl. It pours a clear, very lightly sparkling pale golden colored body. Headless. The aroma is quite weak and neutral, with ripe apple, hints of apple cores and apple jam, some grassy hints and orchard. A whiff of yeast too. It's quite dry on the palate, gently carbonated and full-bodied, with a light warmth. There's a sort of harsh bitterness too, tannin-ish. The flavor is a as the aroma a bit gentle, but quite nice except for the aforementioned harsh thing. Ripe apple, some apple cores, a very light lemon hint and some yeasty notes. Medium length dry finish. Starts off quite nice this one, although too gentle, so I'm more fond of smelling than tasting. Still, sure drinkable. 221102

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, apple cores, hay, minerals, grass, dusty raspberries, sour apples, flowers. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, dusty raspberries, sour apples, grass, apple peel, soda powder, hay, minerals, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle, 375ml. A clear, still and headless pinkish red cider. The aroma has some nice apple notes, but mostly it's raspberry. There's a vague grassy, orchardy touch in the far back. It's medium bodied, a bit sweet on the palate, with a pleasant low carbonation label. The flavor has more focus on the apple, but still with plenty of raspberry. Hints of grass, bark and a touch of apple pie. Sweet raspberry and apple finish. A bit on the sweet side this one, but quite nice anyway. 220316

Intense aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also sweet dessert apples. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Sweet flavour, the raspberries dominate, also notes of sweet apples.
