Solsletta 311221. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, sourness. Flavor is apples, sourness, grass, alcohol. Nice and easy drinkable cider.

Bottle, 150cl. It's a clear, sparkling pale golden colored cider, headless, but with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is mellow and apple driven, with some grassy hints and apple cellar. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and faintly sour, with apple dominating the flavor. Some apple cores, grass and alcohol too. Lasting finish. A very smooth and delicious one, but I was expecting more complexity. Dangerously easy drinkable. 211231
0,75 litre Bottle, from Vinmonopolet somewhere. (As 2018 Vintage) light Golden with little white head. Apples, whitewine-ish, dry, sweetness, Smooth. Really liked This.

YG 030621. Ruby color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, cherries. Flavor is apple, sourness, cherries, alcohol, oak. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml. It's a clear pale golden colored cider, still and headless. The aroma is a tad weak I think, but given the ABV I see no reason to complain. More sulphur than preferred though, but else it has a quite clean apple scent, fresh apples mostly, with some notes of grass and apple cores. It's medium bodied and perhaps a tad heavy on the carbonation, semi-dry, with an apple driven flavor. Unfortunately a bit rough on the sulphur in the flavor too. Grass, apple cores, some apple jam and a hint of apple pie too. Too much sulphur in the finish too. A pity it has all the sulphur, else it feels like a quite decent one. 210729

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, elderflower, sour apples, sorrel, apple peel, dried apples, hay, leafs, citrus. Taste is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, apple juice, elderflower, grass, apple peel, citrus, dried apples, sorrel, leafs. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear deep ruby colored drink with some white bubbles. The aroma has some cherry pits and cherry along with apple cider and a touch of oak. Some alcohol and grass and a wee melon hint. It's medium bodied, warming and quite softly carbonated, with a cherry driven flavor. Apple, marzipan, grass, alcohol, cherry pits, some oak and a light touch of apple pie. Long finish. Well, not sure about this one. It's nice in many ways, but the cherries play on too many strings and I'm not sure I like them all. Perhaps a bit too warming too. 210603

klar lys gul farge med hvite bobler som forsvinner. Lukter litt gjær og selvfølgelig eple. Champagne feeling i munnfølelse. Januar 2019.
