Bottle, 375ml. A clear, still and headless pinkish red cider. The aroma has some nice apple notes, but mostly it's raspberry. There's a vague grassy, orchardy touch in the far back. It's medium bodied, a bit sweet on the palate, with a pleasant low carbonation label. The flavor has more focus on the apple, but still with plenty of raspberry. Hints of grass, bark and a touch of apple pie. Sweet raspberry and apple finish. A bit on the sweet side this one, but quite nice anyway. 220316

375 ml bottle, vintage 2021, Lot #1, from Coop Mega Gausel. ABV is 4.7%. Clear pink colour, pours slightly sparkling, no head. Intense aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also sweet dessert apples. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Sweet flavour, the raspberries dominate, also notes of sweet apples.

Bottle, 150cl. It's a clear, sparkling pale golden colored cider, headless, but with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is mellow and apple driven, with some grassy hints and apple cellar. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and faintly sour, with apple dominating the flavor. Some apple cores, grass and alcohol too. Lasting finish. A very smooth and delicious one, but I was expecting more complexity. Dangerously easy drinkable. 211231
