Description
Mad Hatter Brewing Company was set up by Gaz and Sue in 2013, with just one grand in their back pockets, and a glorified home brew set up. The brewery has always punched above its weight, and was championed from the start by the brilliant Port St Beer House. They produce weird and wonderful beers alongside some classic pale ales, stouts and IPAs.

Bottle from Homebrew Bottle Shop, Oxton in Birkenhead. Appearance - cloudy orange. Thin attractive lacing. Nose - light tropical but smoke and lime predominant. Taste - papaya, smoke and light chilli heat. The chilli spice grows through the glass. Palate - medium bodied and smoky/spicy. Dry smoky finish. Overall - interesting beer and tasty. Grows on me.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of tart, barf, yoghurt and cucumber. Taste has strong sour cucumber, tart, acidic sourness, yoghurt and some fresh herbs. I was expecting this to be terrible, but this is quite refreshing and nice.

Jest owocowo jasno, jablkowo? Cierpko? Ciut cytryny w smaku? Dziwne. Niesympatyczny posmak. Nie jest zle, ale dobrze tez nie, 3.3?
