Draught at Wagner. Hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, citric. Taste is apple, fruity, funky, with citric and some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry citric mellow tart finish. Quite drinkable

27-04-18 // bottle from Yok-Yok Frankfurt. Clear pale yellow. Fizzy bubbly applewine. More like a applejuice with tart apples. Refreshing.

Dispensed via a blue jug at the source. It pours pale golden - greenish with no head. The aroma is earthy, apple skin, touch of acidity and lemony wash. The taste is bone dry upfront, slightly tart, apple skin, wood, tannin, earth and a lick of acidity. Finishes as it starts - dry. Medium body and flat. Took a while to get into, but then we got through a few jugs...

Würziger Apfelantrunk, leicht pappig. Milde Säure, erfrischend. Zunehmend wässrig, säuerlich spritziger Nachhall. Insgesamt monoton aber dennoch nett. 8/9/8/8//8

Arg saurer Antrunk. Schwefelige Säure, fruchtig-trockener Apfel. Wässrig-fruchtiger Körper, schwefeliger Abgang. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine schwefelige apfelige Säure mit mild-fruchtigen Äpfeln.
