Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, citrus, light fruits and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

ABV: 6.3%. Clear medium brown - red amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, dusty, light nutty, moderate hoppy, light pine - grapefruit. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, rye, caramel, sweet malt - caramel, dusty, nutty, piney - woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210123]

Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, fruit bitter, hop bitter, passion fruit - pineapple, fruity hops, pale malt, dry, funky notes. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark roasted, dark malt, grass, pine, funk, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, funky, grass - woody, dark malt - roasted, medium dry to dry, coffeeish. Cloudy amber-red, big beige head. The aroma is dry herbal spice, peppercorn and nutmeg. A touch of caramel malts but not delicate brighter fruity notes. The taste has a bit of caramel sweetness upfront, then goes all spicy peppery bitter, with a dry slightly boozy finish. There's vague fruity/malty notes, though it would be hard to tell if that's quince or something else. A nice spicy and bitter brew.

Slightly hazy amber, white head. Smells like a basic rustic lager - macerated malt sugars, no spice or hops. The taste starts a bit pungent upfront, get the regular cereal sweetness and then quite a bit of chilli heat in the finish. Nice and clean, and the chilli heat integrates well where the hop bitterness should have been.
