Sample, thanks fonefan! Near black, small head. Aroma of vegemite, coffee and licorice. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel, Earthy licorice, vegemite, oatmeal porridge, caramel and coffee. Mid bitter finish.

Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, some floral and toasted tones with roast and mild liquorice as well. Flavour is liquorice, roasted malts, some toasted tones with a bit alcohol. Dry palate. Fermented quite dry.

Frothy off-white fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bityter finish. Oily palate.

33 cl bottle from local Meny supermarket poured into a dimpled mug. Hazy dark mahogany colour with a dense light tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, chocolate, red berries, toasted bread, and herbal hoppy notes. The taste is sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice Bock.
