Very very light in colour, with a white head. Almost no aroma, but some detectable metallic smell. Somewhat sweet taste, but thats about it...Nothing more than a flavourless, colourless bottle of russian water....with eight percent alcohol squeezed in somehow!

Dark, nearly black, no head, no lacing. It has an aroma of alcohol and roasted malts. Somewhere between a light and medium body. Tastes very sweet and malty, with a tad bit of hop bitterness...coffee flavor, evident alcohol. Not a bad beer, and it's cheap price may get me to buy it again some day.

An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with hints of honey, fruit and hops - the honey aroma is most dominant. The flavor is weak with hints of honey and orange to begin with, then a strong honey flavor in the middle - but then it dies - no bitterness - nothing to end it off.

A very light yellow beer with almost no head. A light sweet aroma. The flavor is strong alcohol right from the beginning with a pretty sweet experience afterward and then ending suddenly - no bitterness to wrap of the flavor. Not a very pleasant example of a Barley Wine/Malt Liquor.

A yellow beer with a big but very airy head - that disappears very quickly. The aroma is very faint of malt. The flavor is light malty sweet to start but then turns watery and ends on a weird bitterness. Definately not a special beer - an average pilsener.

A black beer with a very small brown head, that disappears very fast. The aroma is sweet with notes of licorice - no smoke, like I'd expect from a Porter. The flavor is mild at first, then a slightly smokey sweetness hits you - then it becomes watery and finally it ends on an OK bitter note. It is not a good beer because of the mild start and the watery middle. I've had porters far better than this and Baltika 1, 4 and 8 are better too.

A dark amber beer with an OK head, though it disappears quite fast. The aroma is sligt with sweet notes. The flavor is very sweet of a good malt blend - really nice - but lacking a little bitterness in the end.

A light yellow beer with a fine head - though quite fast disappearing. The aroma is sour - as if it has been brewed on brewing cereal - but that's not what the label says. The flavor too is sour, though with an OK sweetness - but then it ends on an bad dry bitter note. All in all a bad beer.

A slightly hazy yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is slightly perfumed with notes of malt and even the brewmash. The taste is very hoppy from the begining almost like a czech beer - but then it becomes a little watery - and the bitterness doesn't linger that long. It is not that sweet - but has a great balance and is a very pleasant beer to drink. Really good for a pilsener.

Pffff. Clear yellow color. Head is initially large, but diminished within a couple of seconds to completely nothing. Aroma is made of hops, straw, hay, what is it horseblanket? Smells like filthy horses. No alcoholic aroma though. Taste is quite pilsener like, bad pilsener i must say. Palate becomes more alcoholic, dry and bitter. It can avoid the drain pour, but only by a small fraction...
