Il Birrificio prende il nome dalla sorgente del Lambro, il nostro amato e tanto bistrattato fiume, simbolo, nel bene e nel male, di questo territorio (una sorgente particolare, purissima, che un po’ mena… un po’ resta… viva, come la nostra birra!).
Il logo riproduce la sperada, tipica acconciatura femminile in uso in Brianza fino all’inizio del ‘900, ornamento che le spose indossavano il giorno del matrimonio e che univa trasversalmente la gente di ogni estrazione sociale. Come solo può fare la birra!

Bottle, gift from daniele (thank you!). Dorata carica, schiuma media leggera. Al naso sentori di malto, note fruttate, cocco, arancia, non freschissima. In bocca è maltata, poco equilibrata, finale amaro inconsistente. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Un po’ ossidata.

Bottle, thanks daniele. Clean and deep amber color, frothy and medium off-white cap. Nose: something strange really (age?), ripped fruit. Mouth: a bit better although with some off notes.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 (thank you Alberto!). Dorata chiara leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di malto, frutta tropicale, note agrumate. In bocca è abbastanza ben bilanciata, attacco maltato con finale amaro medio persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non freschissima, ma comunque buona.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Nearly clear yellow, small white head. Mild barnyard aroma. Mild, smooth acetic flavour. Carb is nearly flat. Has some watery moments to it.

Bottle, 4.8%. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, barnyard, lemon and sour. Flavour is malt, lemon, sour, fruit, little tart, little barnyard, little sweet and a little dry.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are stable, fruits, malt, brett, hops and has a sweetlight sour finish.

Bottle thanks daniele. Hazy orange color, medium off white foam. Nose is a bit too caramel imo, maybe its orientation, ripped fruit. Mouth is bitter and rich of extract. Tasty
