375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 22. Hazed gold with small white head. Fermented with sourdough yeast supposedly. Nicely developed wild organisms, with mild menthol creeping in, gentle acidity, tart moments. Nice.

24th October 2022, mini gathering at Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury; just three of us sharing beers and talking bollox. 37.5cl bottle from Mark, cheers mate. Hazy golden pour, wispy head. It's a proper tart sour puss; not really my thing though.

At 3/4 Milano. Not sure about the bad ratings here. This is a top notch geuze. Just super clean bright and lively while remaining neutral with everything coming from fermentation.

Bottle big thanks LKS. It pours hazy with a small white head. The aroma, apple, pear, funk, tart, tangy, birscher museli, grape skin, floral, grainy and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, lemon peel, real cloudy lemonade, sharp acidity, enamel ripper, granny smith apple, birscher and pickled onion monster munch. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit sharp and acidic, but not bad.

Flavour is composed of sour green apple, lemon pithy. White wine, little spicy vinegar. Palate is sour, acidic, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle shared in Manchester between IMBC sessions - picked up in Roma. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Fairly strong acetic burn, sweat, lemon, vinegar. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sharp finish, subtle woody dryness, white wine vinegar, salty sweat. A bit aggressive. So so.

Bottle no date, from King Grizzly, drunk 2/22/18.
Light amber-golden body shows good clarity and a quickly-receding, off-white head.
Excellent acidity in the nose certainly reminds of a gueuze. Perhaps a bit too acetic-leaning, but still very nice.
In the mouth it's malty with a light grape-like presence. A bit low on the carbonation. Could use both more and tighter carbonation. Still, a well-developed acidity and unique lambic-like notes make it quite fun to drink. Lingering tartness and lots of red fruit-like character with bits of funky earth and biscuity-cereal-like wheat and malt. No alcohol or flaw.
