Cloudy yellow color. Strong honey aroma, with a herbal touch, unrefined olive oil. Very sweet, with strong honey flavor, with the right acidity, lightly lemony.
Not complicated, but pleasant.

Handbottled. A clear, a bit pale, golden mead with some small floaties. Still and withough head. Slightly sourish nose with a touch of some wet, old forest. The flavor is slightly sour too, some sweetness balances it. The alcohol is subdued, but present in the end. Oily, full-bodied. Not my idea of a nice mead, but far from bad. 100813

Pale yellow with no head. Aroma of herbs, green leaves, nuts and plain honey. Very sweet honey flavour with a floral touch. Cloying sweetness.

Handbottle.Unclear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate mhoney, cheese, stimorol bublegum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light fruity acidic with a average duration, spicy, honey, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Handbottled. Rough and slightly plasticky aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. The flavour is nicely sweet and has a good, distinct honey note. A little tartness also, which does not suit the mead too well.

The aroma is mild, there is some honey, light flowers and plastic, but also some booze (the alcohol content is indeed quite high and some byproduct of the fermentation is always a risk). The flavor is very sweet, without being syrupy, with a good honey flavor, very balanced and without exogenous elements. Sweet final, candy-like. Not complex, but good!

Handbottled. A hazy light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of honey and meadow flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and flowers ,leading to a dry finish with notes of pollen and flowers.
