Smells of nice earthy apple, twig, some hay. Has very good foam on a very light clear straw body. Flavour is vinuous apple, soft sweetness, good dried tree branch. Mouthfeel is full but a little narrow, slight vinegar character. A little more sophisticated than normal for a BC cider, not bad at all.

Clear pink with a small white head. Jammy raspberry juice. Raspberry candy and a sweet but dry note.

Very pale clear gold. Light Sulphur and apple peel. Bone dry and bland peel.
