473ml can. 2023 vintage. (5.9% abv). Pours a clear pink orange with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of funky yeast and raspberry. Sweet fruity flavour of raspberry and red apple skins in a dry, tart, slightly acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing. Exceeded my expectations.

Poured from the tap @ Bright Eye. Clear salmon pink with small white head. Apple forward with a very feint raspberry note in the background.

Honeyed apple aroma but it is more eating apple pedestrian on the palate. Seems like they have a little extra tannin but otherwise mainstream in style.

Pale pink, gentle but bright raspberry, good integration, some character. Put this in the better than I expected pile.

Can at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is crisp and dry, with crisp apple skins, not much else. Flavour is soft, with some floral notes and crisp apple skins, finishing fairly dry. Crisp, floral; not interesting but inoffensive.

Can at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale pink, no head. Aroma has some farmhouse character, light raspberries, light acidity and some apple skins. Flavour is lightly acidic from the raspberries, some apple core, and a touch of barnyard. Not too bad really.

Pours a foggy antique white with no foam, strong bubbles, medium size. Really nice peach on the nose, fresh and slightly acidic, apples providing complement. Flavour is a really nice blend of apple and peach, acidic and slightly sweet, round and floral. Good acidity and dryness with nice carbonation. Really nice balance here, well integrated and the ingredients feel honest.

Nice deep rose body, very strong carbonation, minimal foam, soda cooler look really. Strong sweet raspberry on the nose, sugary, nothing else coming forward. Flavour is good raspberry that pulls back not too sugary, some soft apple and hay in there to balance it out. Very dry finish, it sheds its alcopop aroma here and becomes a proper flavoured cider. No complaints, very nice.

Very good foam, very light straw body and strong soda-like carbonation. The aroma is deep chewy apple, dessert-like almost, plenty of sugar but also a hint of tannins and vinegar. Flavour is slightly bitter apple, lots of green skin in there, but also some sweetness to balance it out. Vinegar notes again, good crispness and sharp dryness. altogether it works well, nicely balanced.
