The True Brew Brewing Co. from the Dreimühlenviertel in Munich is a very young project. Started in 2019 as BrewPub, their beers are now available in cans.

Can. Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some tropical fruits and mild herbal tones. Flavour is citrus, tropical fruits, mild oats with some slight spruce tips as well.

Bottle at Lagerhaus, Munich, with Rick, feeling slightly better (Oktoberfest the evening prior) with hair of the dog after the Helles, 20th September 23. Pours a typical hazy swirl, nice white frothy head. Aroma is banana, spice, yeast. Taste is full, rich, yeasty, citrus and clove, banana, enjoyed this far more than the Helles, and then rushed to Ubahn to catch plane home

Tap at Lagerhaus, Munich with Rick, just before flight home, 20th September 23, still feeling drunk / ill from the night before at Zur Bratwurst, Oktoberfest. The beer is clear, aroma is light mellow, grass. Taste is clean and crisp, drinkable, but nothing special

Can picked up from the kiosk by the Isar and consumed sat by the Isar Tuesday 12th September 2023 listening to Bully - Lucky for you. This is a nice hop combination and is instantly resinous with a sustained bitterness throughout. Good West Coast IPA, gives the tastebuds a good workout, soft mouthfeel but in the mouth it's quite a full on citrus and piney onslaught. Very good.

500 ml tap. Copper with a dense creamy head. Freshly roasted malt, caramel, grassy hops, citrus, wort, roasted hazelnut, straw, cane sugar. Dry hoppy bitterness, malty caramelly sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy bitter malty caramel sweet finish. Well made Franconian Amber Lager.
