Can at Hoppebräus Zapferei - Gastronomie - Biergarten/Pub, Friday 26th May 2023 in the company of Dad and Pauline with lunch en route to Mittenwald. Pours dark gold, good clarity with a white head, nice citrus, a little dry, this is pretty good for a 0.0% beer.

On tap at True Brew, München Friday 12th May 2023 after a little trip to Giesinger Brauerei (new place north of München), BrewsLi and Ambar Bistro. Pours gold, hazy soft mouthfeel, large white head, ticking the right boxes, resinous and also citrussy, sweet then dry, good beer.

Tap at True Brew, end of a keg. Woodruff nose. Murky green-white, white cream. Medium body, quarkkuchen, light mint and basil, light gooseberry and citrus, hop residue, but few hard edges. Pleasant enough.

Tap at True Brew. Golden, light chill haze, offwhite cream. Medium body, dry chewy mouthfeel, light earthy, minerally hops on crunchy malt, a good wallop of grassy and herbal hops in the finish. Does what it is supposed to do!

Süffiger, herb-hefiger Hopfenbeginn. Cremig mit etwas wässrigem Hintergrund, spritzig, florale Noten. Spritzig, geringe Süße, langer würzig-hopfiger Abgang, erfrischend. 8/9/11/10/11/10

440 ml can. Clear dark golden with a foamy head. Wort, grain, hay, some metal, grain, grassy hops, iron, some caramel. Metallic bitterness, some grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry hoppy malty finish. No glory, below my expectations, like a standard 11° Czech Pilsner from a traditional mid-sized brewery.

Weich herber Beginn, getreidig, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert. Leichte Bitternoten, getreidig bleibend, dumpf hopfig. Getreidig bleibend, etwas wässriger Hintergrund, mittellanger Abgang. Ok. 10/7/8/7/9/7
