**It's Loz's Birthday** Bottle courtesy of Elaine at work, cheers Elaine! I had this at home Attenkirchen Thursday 14th November 2019 listening to Steve Lamaqs, Evening Session (it's Round Table tonight) and cooking Fish and Chips. Pours clear dark gold with a white head. Quite a syrupy mouthfeel, even a little bitterness, a touch boozy, nice soft bubbles. It's fine, a touch rough around the edges but quite good.

Bottle. Blonde. Bready aroma, with a hint of citrus. Bready, floral flavor with a hint of citrus. Medium bodied. Pleasant.

Flasche 0,5l: Helles Gold, glasklar, mäßig stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; frische + fruchtige Nase, fruchtige Süße, helle Früchte, Trauben, leichte süße Zitrusnoten, Malz, Malzzucker, etwas Karamell, leichte Hopfennoten, dezente Hefearomen, leichte fruchtig-süße Bitterkeit; würziger + fruchtiger Körper, würzig-malzige Süße, Malz, Malzzucker, Karamell, etwas Honig, cremig, deutlich Kohlensäure, dezente Hopfennoten; angenehmer würzig-süßer Nachgang

Erlkönig Imperator, Fläschchen von REWE, Neunburg vorm Wald. - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase fettes helles Malz, Honig, gedämpfte Zitrusfrucht und kräuterige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk füllig und schwer hellmalzig und zart rauchig mit kräftig bitterer Orangenschale, krautiger Herbe und bitterem Honig aber nur maßvoller Süße. Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht mineralisch oder kalkig. Im Abgang ringt die kräftige Hopfenherbe mit der honigschweren Malzigkeit. - Schwerer, wuchtig bittersüßer heller Bock, ein wenig derb und nicht so ausgereift wie die besten fränkischen Böcke aber durchaus trinkenswert. 500 ml bottle. Clear golden, small head. Biscuit malt, hay, straw, nuts, some caramel. Malty sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry finish. Well made Export.

Clear gold with a moderate white head. Aroma: grainy malt, some German hop. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Taste: a lot of malts, candy, spicy hop, warming alcohol. Sweet start. Light bitter ending. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is honeycomb, powdered sugar, honey. Taste is honeycomb, sugar icing. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Drinkable for what it is, but 8.5 is just too much for a pale Bock...

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is pale malts, honey, honeycomb, grassy. Taste is honeycomb, a bit grassy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Decent Maibock!

Bottle. Clear golden, white head. Maibock sweetness light grainy. Medium body, sweet grain, pumped up pale Doppelbock, not that special.
