Bottle from lowcostbeer.com, consumed 3 months past BBE. Light hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma of earthiness, caramel, bread, grass, hint of spice. Taste has a nice balance to it, semi-sweet, earthy malts, caramel, orange zest, bread, grass-herbal hops, decent bitterness. Nice bitter.

330ml bottle from Beer52 subscription box. Cloudy gold colour with small tight looking white head, nice lacing. Aroma is quite citrusy, tropical and zesty backed up by a grainy sweet malt. Getting kiwi, passionfruit, melon, lemon. Taste is quite bittersweet with zesty citrus notes overshadowing the more subtle tropical elements slightly although still nice. Some pine resin in the finish. Medium bodied, slightly high carbonation for a 7.2% IPA. Overall its quite decent.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 30th December 2024. Brownish copper with shallow off-white foam affording full lacing. Malty aroma. Bitter and grassy finish developing after transient fruits during liquid pass. Bitterness lasting a fair while, and all the more satisfying for that. Medium to light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.
