33 cl. bottle at Kung Fu II Izakaya Bar, Copenhagen. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a medium sized, white head. Fruity aroma with ginger, herbal notes, pale malts and tea leafs. Taste is lightly sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with ginger and a herbal-spicy note. A good pairing with the sushi.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Hazy deep golden colour. Quickly disappearing head. Aroma mostly yeasty, not much else going on. The same can be said about taste, there is some zesty citrusy fruitiness, but quite light and the rest is all yeast, kind of like in a young beer. Not bad, easily drinkable and even somewhat tasty, but nothing special.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Aroma estery, acetaldehyde, some ginger, but generally flawed. Hazy orange colour. Quickly disappearing head. Light to moderate ginger in taste, spicy, some clove, Belgian yeast. Not as bad as aroma would suggest but still a pretty weird combination.

Ambar oscura, muy densa de aspecto con un dedo de espuma que deja pelicula. Aroma escaso, acaramelado con toque de levadura. En boca confirma la cremosidad y pronto aparece un toque de gengibre, sin exagerar. El trago es sabroso, con buen punto de gas, base malteada y contraste lupulado herbal, seco, especiado. Pretende parecer japonesa, pero es holandesa. Parece un invento de laboratorio solo con fines comerciales. Pero sólo lo parece. Porque es una cerveza sabrosa, y diferente. Sorpresa.

bottle from el corte ingles palma mallorca. cloudy yellow, white head. very mild aroma, i don’t get any tea. faint note of malts thouh. flavor is or seems to be pretty straight lager, with a little bit of herbal tea added. flavor is in fact pretty good, well brewed, and quenching. You have the dryness you’d expect from an european lager of some quality, and then a delicate sweet herbal note from tea. even if i try i can not taste any yuzu in here. perhaps i don’t know the fruit well enough.
