W aromacie sporo dymu, spalone drewno, liście.

W smaku półsłodkie, podbudowa słodowe w typie lekko karmelowym, do tego palony słód z lekka. Kontra chmielowa minimalna, ale wyczuwalna. Ponownie sporo dymu, bardzo przyjemnego.

Goryczka niska, nieco brakuje, wysycenie i ciało w normie, dobry balans.

Kolejne bardzo dobre piwo od Schlenklerli.

500ml bottle. Poured a clear copper colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is smoky. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry, somewhat rich, smoky palate. A simple but well made beer.

Drunk at home.
50 cl bottle.
Off white small head. Medium lasting.
Amber colour.
Aroma is smoked salmon and caramel.
Starts sweet with malt,dried fruits and caramel.
Finishes with some bitterness and pronounced smoke notes. Maybe a bit of prune and dates.
Medium body.
Another splendid beer from Schlenkerla.

50 cl bottle. The yeast on the bottle caught me off guard and I poured a bit on the glass.(It’s going to impact the whole rating )Extra cloudy dark orange/light brown colour. Light smoked aroma with notorious yeast presence. Slighty smoked and roasted with a very subtle sweetness. Long bitter finish. Medium body with light/medium carbo. It makes you sated I think I’m going to skip the "Spargel in Schinken" for dinner.

Amber brown beer with medium head. Prosciutto aroma with smoked salmon taste. Balanced salty and sweet flavors . First smoked bier!Very enjoyable but could not drink more than one in a row.

Fruity, smooth, slightly sweet, and, of course, smoky, but again, superbly balanced.

Superb. Really good levels of smokiness and roasted malts, but superbly balanced so nothing dominates or mutes the other flavours. Light and smooth, slightly dry finish.

Wspaniale intensywny aromat, wiadomo wszystkiego co jest wedzone, od oscypkow w polskich tatrach po parenice w slowackoch tatrach, od kielbasy swojskiej po salami wegierska. Draught from brouwerij lane in bruecklyn. Termed by the server as a cross between the marzen and the helles and I’d say its accurate. Very good.
