Vintage 2016. A wiec kozlaczek wedzony 10-cio letni. Jaki jest, na pewno wspanialy. Z wygladu piekna piana nawet trwala jak na 10 letniego bocka to dziwi. Bardzo ciemne brozowo-kasztanowa barwa ale sa przeswity burgundowej czerwieni. Pachnie wedzona szynka, salami, oscypkiem, parenica. W smaku troche wiecej ciala by sie przydalo, bo dla niektorych moze byc zbytnio pijalne. Jest wedzenie w smaku i posmaku ale wiecej dymnej i charakterystycznej schlenkerli jest w nosie, a szkoda, co nie zmienia faktu ze idealnie laczylo sie i smakowalo z kabanosem staropolskim

Tap. Pours hazy orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is hardwood smoke, grain, hint of juniper. Flanks is light sweet, very light bitter, heavy smoke. Medium body. Lovely.

A hazy and golden bere, a head is big and white. Aroma has maltyness, light smokyness and grass. Taste has maltyness, smoke, maybe even tar. Medium bodied. Good beer, fresh and light smokyness.

Paler than the regular, slight haze. Big head. Massive beechsmoke aroma. Rich, maybe thinner and yeastier, still lots of smoke. Strong CO2 pour feels more American.

Aecht Schlenkerla à la Grodziskie 2.9%
Deep color color with very thick fluffy fizzy white foam and a Smokiness that’s almost peaty with a sort of skunky pungent macrolager aroma.
Fairly full bodied and smooth. You get loads of smoke up front and a tangy sourness in the finish/aftertaste.
Not really my cup of tea but it’s highly drinkable and it did grow on me.

Pours murky brown color with three fingers of creamy tanned head, excellent retention. Wheat, nutty and lightly smoky aroma. Sweet smoky, light ham, nutty, wheat and light banana flavor, with earthy bitterness and some spicy yeast notes. Medium body, smooth. BAMberg!
