Bottle from Jonas, thanks! Drunk in Hochfirststr, Stuttgart to my friend Andy's memory. Light gold, massive stable head of fine foam. Light and airy, smoky nose. Complex and full flavored despite being on the slim-bodied side, I almost can't believe this is only 2.9 alk. Great bitterness balance and such a great lightly-smoky, malty-woody-wheat flavor. Probably the best lower-alcohol beer I've ever had.

Thick, ultra-stable and ultra-dense yellowish ehad, as immovable on a very faintly hazy, ochre-golden beer. Rauchmalz, wood, and some herbal aroma; mineral. Sweet, mineral, leafy, woody and smokey (of course). Really light, but yet pretty complex - much more than just smoke. Good carbonation, very light slickness. Extremely interesting - the more as Grodziskie is hardly in the tradition of Heller-Trum.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before February 2026. Slightly hazy, golden with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite smoky aroma of smoked ham, grains and some lemon peel. Just slightly sweetish, a little sourish, quite smoky and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, ash, straw, some smoked ham and light lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tartish finish. Almost medium-bodied, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Decent beer, somewhat anaemic and bland though.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Smoky, wheaty malty and slightly yeasty spicy, minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of smoked wood, smoked sausage, a touch of wood ashes, minimally waxy, oaky, tannic overtones. Taste is mildly smoky, wheaty malty with some subtle, residual sweetness, minimally yeasty spicy, minimally grassy hoppy, hints of smoked sausage, very mild, lactic tartness, some protein, herbal interludes.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry and almost a tad astringent palate, medium to coarse, soft carbonation.
Very meaty for its low abv, balanced, well crafted - good!

Smooth, slightly smoky and leathery with some ham, grassy notes, grainy maltiness, hay and hints of fruitiness. Quite soft and balanced, feels surprisingly close to the regular Märzen vom Holzfass.

50cl Fles, dank Harmen! Lichte body.
Smoky, salty and slightly fruity with hints of lemon, wheat, ham and citrus. Interesting, quite unique grodziskie. Quite easy going but complex
