Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 2 07/08/2016. Bottle picked up in whole foods San Jose. Reddy copper coloured pour with a a loose beige head. Aroma is spicy Rye, pine, hop, little medicinal, nutty toffee. Flavour is composed of bacon brown sugars, maple, pine needle, woody medicinal palate is medium full sticky woody, tannin, Not Bad. .

Sampled @ ChrisO Pre-GBBF Shindig. Reddish amber color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, rye, hops, bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Brown pour, no head. Raisin, toffee and blackberry aroma. Flavours of raisin, soft spice, toffee and fruit. Good.

Pre-gbbf-shinding. Klare dunkel orange braune Farbe, geringe beige schaumkrone. Geruch sehr würzig, dunkles malz, rote Früchte, leicht säuerlich holzig. Geschmack nach reifen roten Früchten, Roggen karamellig, bitter hopfig, nussig.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours bright gold with a slight white head. Sour "white grape" aroma. White wine. Med minus body. It’s sour and fruity. Tropical and citrus. Or pale stone fruit and citrus. With time it sort of seems grapefruit of the non-sweet type. Not intense, but a pleasant sour.

Draft. Nitro. Mahogany beer with a nitro cream head. Lactose and light caramel aroma. Lactose and light caramel flavor with toasted malt. Medium bodied. Toasted malt and lactose linger with light caramel.
