Can. Hazy gold - amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and has good minerally crispnesss. Malts are a little thin and bring a mild cream and some bitterish toffee - caramel. Hops start with bitter citric peel and floral bitterness that edges toward harsh. As the beer warms up, mildly sweet pine emerges and the hop spice starts to bite. Light semi dry finish brings bitter yellow grapefruit. Intense and satisfying.

Bottled, thanks Teja! Clear mahogany colour, small head. Cardamom, caramel and aniseed up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Vegemite, peanut butter and herbal spices. Mellow and mature after 3-4 years on the bottle. Fairly low bitterness. Interesting and rich.

Can from the Davis Food Co-Op. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is very light stone fruit - like peach. Med + body. How about a dank peach flavor? It is bitingly bitter. It is verging on dank. It is really hoppy. There must be a backbone, but I’m not really finding it. Yet, it’s not harsh. A really in your face IPA.
