Bottle 50 cl. Pours deep golden with a rough white head. Leathery nose. Medium body, completely flat, sweet apple notes, vanilla and some sulphur. Astringent, leathery finish with a heavy sweetness. Nice though. 011211

Bottle @ Øllets Dag, Odense. Pours clear golden with no head. Barnyard - Farmhouse nose and flavor. Really , really dry flavor. Red apples. Smooth.

Bottle at Chris O’s pre GBBF shindig. Orange pour. Stewed apple nose with a hint of cinnamon. Fruity flavour, quite dry and sweet. Not bad.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a few bubbles. Rich, sugared apple nose. Sweet flavor with mild funk, good appleness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dryish finish, some sugar, light funk and apples. I really liked it.

Bottled. Golden orange colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some quite vinegary notes as well as some slight notes of yeast and rubber. Flavour is tart apples, some wooden notes, mild yeast as well as some vineous notes.

Draught from the box @ The Front, Falmouth. Hazy yellow with no head. Apple on the nose up front, with light pedio and even lighter leather. Med-dry character. Soft body with slowly-emerging tartness. Has fresh apples, just a touch of tannin. Good, balanced cider with lightly spicy accents.
