"Allgäuer Büble Bier Edelbräu", Flasche aus einem Berliner Kaufland, 3.9.2025. - Vom festbiertypischen Alkoholgehalt über die karamelmalzige Färbung bis zum goldgerahmten Etikett ist das ein klassisches Festbier, kein Wiener Lager. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase Märzen-typisch schweres, leicht karamelsüßes Malz und ausreichende wenngleich etwas vage Hintergrundhopfung. - Antrunk füllig aber eher rauh karamelmalzig mit derb krautiger, leicht metallischer Hopfenbittere. Milder rezent, vollmundig, angenehm mineralisch. Im Abgang rauhe Bittere. - "Edel" ist das nun gerade nicht, eher was für laute Volksfeste mit viel Radau, aber doch solide.
0,5 l, swingtop bottle.
Usual hefe body and aroma, cloudy/hazy with a wheaty taste, with small white head that disappeared quickly.

50 cl bottle. Dark golden colour with generous head.Cooked vegetables and hay aroma.Mild flavour Thin body and sticky texture.

Banana, clove, wheat malt and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet banana, clove, wheat malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draft at Gingerman. Pours a clear slightly tinged gold w/moderate head at best. Aroma was gras, malts, etc. Taste was pretty srurprisingly light for a bock w/little alcohol kick for a bock, I suppose that would be because of the low alcohol.

Draft at zum schneider, I believe it was billed as a winter lager. Very good, poured a clear gold and all the rest. A regular lager but pretty good.

Draft at Zum Schneider. Poured dark, and tasted great, maybe not quite enogh sweeteness but still I thought it was pretty good.

Draft. Very dark and lovely. Lots of caramel and sugar. Very drinkable for a dobble b.

Light rust, some hint of butter. Pours clear golden with pretty good head. Drinks pretty easy. Light tang and cloys on your tongue a bit, but pleasant enough for style. Tap at Midlands.
